CME-approved aesthetic workshops provide comprehensive information and hands-on training on various
laser and light-based technologies, as well as other aesthetic applications (BotoxR, injectables, needle-free
mesotherapy, etc.) Courses are taught by physicians who are leaders in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Business strategies and marketing a successful cosmetic practice
Hands-on cases: laser lipolysis, hair removal, skin resurfacing, IPL treatment, vascular treatment,
needle-free mesotherapy, microdermabrasion, non-invasive body shaping

Cancellation Policy:
Attendance: Only paid persons may attend the workshop.
Meals: Breakfast and lunch is provided for paid attendees. Should you have a spouse, etc. who would like to join you
for a meal, the cost per meal for those not attending the workshop is $40. Please alert Saratoga Diagnostics if a
non-attendee will be joining you so that the proper amount of meals will be available.
Cancellations: Refunds will be given, less a $100 processing fee per course, if a 21-day advance notice is given.
Cancellations made with less than 21-day advance notice will be for credit only, minus a $100 processing fee per course
and the cost of the hotel room if it has been included as part of tuition. Cancellations made with less than 72 hour
advance notice will be for credit only, minus a $100 processing fee per course, the cost of the hotel room if it has been
included as part of tuition and the cost of meals. This credit may be applied towards any future Saratoga
Diagnostics/Aesthetics course, and will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation. No refunds will be given for

Check-in/Check-out times: Please refer to the hotel for information on check-in/check-out times. Please consult the
hotel if any special arrangements need to be made.
Late arrival: Please advise Saratoga Diagnostics if you will be arriving to the hotel late on the day of check-in. With
many hotels, if a guest has not checked in by a specific time, the reservation may be canceled. These times vary with
hotel. Saratoga Diagnostics is not responsible for canceled rooms if the attendee arrives later than advised.
